Central Park Lodges REIT

Retirement Residences REIT, the largest retirement residence conglomerate in Canada, continues to build its relationship with OTI Multimedia by awarding OTI the contract to organize, prepare and format all digital images to be posted to the company's website. OTI has been under contract with Reitrement Residence REIT to provide photography and virtual tours for each of its 231 residences since 2001.

University of Western Ontario

The University of Western Ontario, one of Canada's leading educational institutions, has awarded OTI Multimedia a contract to develop two interactive CDs to promote living in residence. Each of these CDs includes a full scale video production that details and highlights the various benefits of living on campus. Each CD, one developed for first year students, the other for upper year, will be distributed campus wide. UWO and OTI have been working together since 2002 to produce cutting edge multimedia to promote campus hospitality services, sports facilities, and students residences.

Bildwell Financial

When Bildwell Financial opened up their first office in Guelph, Ontario, they wanted to make an impression to the web community by making it easy to apply for mortgages online. Bildwell chose OTI to design their website and integrate the design with the Mortgage Alliance website that allows users to apply for mortgages online. In addition, Bildwell commissioned OTI to make sure their website ranked well in Google for the term 'Guelph Mortgages.' McCarthy Consultant Services Inc.

McCarthy Consultants chose OTI Multimedia to redevelop its online presence and engage in an aggressive Google search engine campaign. McCarthy Consultant Services, one of Canada's largest regulatory affairs consulting firms, search for a new media company that would take the time to learn its business, and have this knowledge reflected in the web design and marketing approach. Since 1981, McCarthy Consultant Services has offered Canadian contract regulatory services for the medical device, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetic industries.

Ontario Farm Animal Council

OTI provided all photography and virtual tour work for OFAC's recent FarmIssues.com Farm Virtual Tours project.
